We have a dedicated department who actively approach writers who could complete individual orders. They need to locate a writer who is qualified, competent and available to complete the order. As we pride ourselves on the quality of work that we produce, the selection of the correct writer is imperative.
There are some occasions when we are unable to locate the perfect writer for an order. This is because we need to be 100% confident that the writer can complete the work to the standard required. We would rather not complete an order at all than ask a non-qualified writer to guess how to complete the work. We'll always keep you informed with progress on finding a writer.
If you have paid for your order and we can't find a writer, we'll process a full refund for you.
